Refund policy
At Frontier Scale, we supply high-quality industrial scales, weighing systems, and related equipment from trusted manufacturers. Because each manufacturer has strict policies for returns, warranties, and claims, our return and refund procedures must follow those requirements.
Our goal is to provide a fair, transparent, and compliant return process for all customers.
1. RETURN WINDOW
We offer a 30-day return window starting from the day your item is delivered.
Returns cannot be accepted after 30 calendar days from the delivery date.
2. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
To request a return, please contact us at sales@frontierscale.com with:

4. RESTOCKING FEES
Many of our manufacturers charge restocking fees for returned equipment.
To stay compliant with their requirements, all approved returns are subject to a manufacturer-mandated restocking fee.
Restocking Fee Structure:

Large/LTL equipment: 20–30% depending on manufacturer policies
We clearly disclose this before purchase and during the return authorization process.
Restocking fees do not apply if FrontierScale shipped an incorrect item.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless Frontier Scale made an error.

Standard returns must be shipped using a traceable method.
