Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Timeframes

We ship from manufacturer warehouses located throughout the United States. Delivery timeframes depend on your location and the item ordered:

  • Standard Shipping (Ground): 3-7 business days after processing
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days after processing (available for select items)
  • Freight/LTL Shipping: 5-10 business days (for large equipment over 150 lbs)

Shipping Costs

  • Free Shipping: Orders over $2,500 ship free via standard ground within the contiguous United States.
  • Standard Orders: Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.
  • Freight Items: Large equipment requiring LTL freight will have shipping calculated at checkout or quoted separately.

Shipping Destinations

We ship to all 50 US states. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories may incur additional charges and longer transit times. We do not currently ship internationally.

Freight Deliveries

Large equipment ships via LTL freight carrier. Freight deliveries are curbside/tailgate delivery unless otherwise arranged. You are responsible for unloading. Liftgate service is available for an additional fee — contact us before ordering if you need liftgate delivery.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can also contact us at support@kordello.com with your order number for a status update.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

Inspect all packages upon delivery. If you notice visible damage to the packaging, note it on the delivery receipt and take photos before opening. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@kordello.com if your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit.
