Return & Refund Policy

Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are in new, unused condition with all original packaging, manuals, and accessories. Items must be free of damage, wear, and fuel/oil residue.
Non-Returnable Items
- Used or assembled equipment
- Diamond blades, grinding tools, and other consumables
- Custom-ordered or special-order items
- Items without original packaging
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us at support@kordello.com or call (800) 555-4739
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Ship the item back in its original packaging with the RMA number clearly marked
Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Restocking Fee
A 15% restocking fee applies to all standard returns. This fee covers inspection, repackaging, and return-to-stock processing. The restocking fee is waived for defective items or shipping errors on our part.
Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or is defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
