Track Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your package. Most orders ship within 1-2 business days.

How to Track

  1. Check your email for the shipping confirmation from Kordello
  2. Click the tracking link in the email
  3. You will be directed to the carrier's website with real-time updates

If you created an account, you can also view order status by logging in and visiting your order history.

Common Carriers

  • Small packages: UPS, FedEx, USPS
  • Large/freight items: Various LTL carriers (tracking provided via email)

Delivery Issues

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please:

  • Check with neighbors or other household members
  • Look for a delivery notice or attempt card
  • Wait 24 hours (packages sometimes show delivered before actual drop-off)
  • Contact us if the package doesn't appear within 48 hours
