How do I place an order?
Browse our equipment catalog, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can check out as a guest or create an account to track your orders. For large orders or custom configurations, contact us for a quote.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, and Shop Pay. For orders over $5,000, we also offer wire transfer and purchase order options for qualified businesses.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Contact us as soon as possible at (800) 555-4739 or support@kordello.com. We can cancel or modify orders that have not yet shipped. Once an order ships, it falls under our return policy.
Do you offer bulk or commercial pricing?
Yes. Contact our sales team for volume pricing on multi-unit orders, fleet purchases, or ongoing supply agreements. We work with contractors, rental companies, and municipalities.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on item weight, dimensions, and destination. Orders over $2,500 ship free via standard ground within the contiguous United States.
How long does shipping take?
Standard ground shipping takes 3-7 business days after processing. Processing typically takes 1-2 business days. Expedited options are available for select items.
Do you ship to all 50 states?
Yes, we ship nationwide to all 50 states. Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories may incur additional shipping charges and longer transit times.
How are large items shipped?
Equipment over 150 lbs ships via LTL freight carrier. Freight deliveries are curbside unless liftgate service is arranged in advance (additional fee). You are responsible for unloading.
Do you offer liftgate delivery?
Yes, liftgate service is available for an additional fee on freight shipments. Please contact us before ordering if you need liftgate delivery so we can provide an accurate quote.
Are your products new?
Yes, all products we sell are brand-new and shipped directly from the manufacturer or their authorized distribution warehouse. We do not sell used, refurbished, or open-box equipment.
Do products come with a warranty?
Yes, all equipment includes the full manufacturer warranty. Warranty terms vary by brand and product. See our Warranty Information page for details on each manufacturer's coverage.
What brands do you carry?
We carry equipment from EDCO, Husqvarna, Diamond Products, Bartell Morrison, Multivibe, Wyco, American Sanders, Makinex, and MBW. Visit our Brands page for full details on each manufacturer.
Where do products ship from?
Products ship directly from manufacturer warehouses located throughout the United States. This ensures you receive factory-fresh equipment with the shortest possible transit time.
Do you sell parts and accessories?
Yes, we carry OEM parts and accessories for the equipment we sell. Contact us with your model number and we can source the parts you need.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for items in new, unused condition with original packaging. A 15% restocking fee applies to standard returns. Defective items are exchanged at no cost.
How do I return an item?
Contact us at support@kordello.com or (800) 555-4739 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.
Who pays for return shipping?
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or was shipped incorrectly. In those cases, we cover return shipping.
