Manufacturer Warranty Coverage
All equipment sold by Kordello includes the full manufacturer warranty. We do not sell used, refurbished, or gray-market equipment. Your warranty is backed directly by the manufacturer.
Warranty Terms by Brand
EDCO
1-year warranty on parts and labor for manufacturing defects. Warranty does not cover normal wear items (diamond tooling, belts, bearings) or damage from misuse.
Husqvarna
2-year warranty on most equipment. Extended warranty available on select models. Covers defects in materials and workmanship.
Diamond Products
1-year limited warranty on equipment. Diamond blades and core bits are warranted against manufacturing defects but not normal wear.
Bartell Morrison
1-year warranty on equipment against defects in materials and workmanship. Engines carry separate manufacturer warranty (Honda, Kohler, etc.).
Multivibe / Wyco / MBW
1-year warranty on parts and labor. Covers manufacturing defects under normal use conditions.
American Sanders
1-year limited warranty. Covers defects in materials and workmanship. Sanding pads and consumables excluded.
Makinex
2-year warranty on equipment. Covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal commercial use.
How to File a Warranty Claim
- Contact us at support@kordello.com with your order number and description of the issue
- Include photos or video of the defect if possible
- We will coordinate with the manufacturer on your behalf
- Warranty repairs or replacements are handled at no cost to you
What Is Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear (diamond segments, belts, brushes, tires)
- Damage from misuse, abuse, or improper operation
- Modifications or unauthorized repairs
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect function
- Consumable items (blades, pads, filters)
