Equipment Returns
Unused equipment in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Equipment must be in new, resalable condition with all original accessories and documentation.
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer
- A 15% restocking fee applies to equipment returns
- Custom-configured or special-order equipment is non-returnable
Diamond Tooling & Consumables
Diamond blades, grinding segments, PCD tooling, and other consumable items are non-returnable once used. Unused tooling in original packaging may be returned within 14 days.
Defective Products
If you receive a defective product, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
Warranty Claims
Manufacturer warranty claims are handled directly through Kordello. We'll coordinate with the manufacturer on your behalf. See our Warranty Information page for coverage details by brand.
How to Initiate a Return
Contact us at info@kordelloequipment.com or (800) 555-GRIND with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and shipping instructions.
